Her latest book, Everything is Negotiable, is a bestseller and has been translated in multiple languages. She is an associate professor at the University of Oklahoma and leads the graduate programs in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management on the OU-Tulsa campus. She is currently the chair for the Tulsa Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women.
